1. Create a bot in Dashboard > Bots using exchange/mode defaults.

2. Attach exchange credentials from bot detail page. Keys are encrypted in backend vault and never returned in plaintext.

3. Start or stop bot runtime from Dashboard or Admin panel. Worker scheduling/lease ownership is managed by existing backend runtime.

4. Validate system state from Admin health cards (`/api/health`, `/health/ready`, `/health/live`).
